Barsebäck Resort

Located on the beautiful southern coast of Sweden, Barsebäck Resort offers two championship golf courses, comfortable accommodation, and a wide range of facilities for players, families, and guests.

Our renowned Ocean Course has hosted ten major championships, including the 2003 Solheim Cup, and remains one of the premier golf experiences in the Nordics. Together with the Pine Course, the resort provides a challenging and scenic variety that ensures top-level golf for all players.

The Ocean Course is a true championship course. Here, the world's elite have fought for the title a total of 15 times. To play the Ocean Course is to make a journey from lush forest and park to the seaside links golf at Öresund.

Let the pines show more than just the way

The Pine Course offers beautiful nature and an exciting journey among golden pines in beautiful Scanian nature. Here, you will face water hazards, tree trunks and challenging terrain during a rewarding golf experience.

Pine Course is par 71.

Two world-class 18-hole courses that have hosted European Tour events and the Solheim Cup. Known for challenging seaside holes and impeccable conditions.

You can play both courses in Trackman.

Ocean Course is presented in Virtual Golf 3 setup - the latest version of Trackman golf courses with great realism and feel.

With us, you can choose to live in your own house in the middle of the area, close to everything.

The houses are newly renovated to a high standard and have lovely social areas and large, complete kitchens. There are one bedroom with a double bed and one with a bunk bed.

Fee SEK 7.600 (~ €695)

  • Fee for 8 nights stay per person incl. breakfast
  • 4 persons per villa

Cancellation policy: four weeks before arrival day.

Hotel Öresund, Landskrona

Hotel Öresund is built 2018 and is situated directly by the port and the ferries to the island of Ven. The hotel has 124 rooms.

Landskrona is located 16 km from Barsebäck Resort and are our third hotel option. We will provide daily shuttle buses to Barsebäck Resort.

Fee SEK 10.400 (~ €950)

  • Fee for 8 nights stay per person incl. breakfast
  • Shared double room

Location

Barsebäck lies along the Öresund, which is the water that forms the border between Sweden and Denmark. Among other things, the TV series “The Bridge” is recorded on both sides of the Öresund Bridge. The nearest international airport is Copenhagen Airport, which is approximately 65 kilometers away.

Transportation

All officials are trained in sign language or will work with interpreters to ensure clear communication throughout the event.
Arrival at Copenhagen Airport

When you arrive to Copenhagen airport, pick up your luggage, buy a one-way ticket to Malmö/Hyllie and take the train to Sweden.

Hyllie Train Station

Upon arrival to the first station in Sweden, Hyllie Station, you will be picked up by our shuttle service to Barsebäck Resort.

Train Ride Overview

The train takes about 15-20 minutes from Copenhagen Airport to Hyllie Train Station and takes you through the spectacular train tunnel under Öresund Straight, cross the manmaid island Pepperholmen up on the Öresund Bridge.
